WHO WE ARE

Founded in 2013 by Mark Bonneau, The Great Lakes Emergency First Response Team (GLEFRT) is a Windsor, Ontario-based company that provides high-quality first aid services throughout the Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent region of Southwestern Ontario.

Mark and his managerial/advisory team had been involved in pre-hospital emergency care for several decades with various Municipal Emergency services, as well as NGOs and for-profit organizations in the Southwestern Ontario region. Through their experience, they were able to identify a gap in the service quality and availability in the first aid services industry and strived to start a company that adequately serviced the needs and requirements of their clients.

GLEFRT prides itself by providing high-quality aid services to community festivals, sporting events, corporate events, and other groups/individuals requesting trained medical staff on the premises. Examples of these customers include OHL Hockey, NBLC professional basketball, the 2016 FINA World Swimming Championships, the 2017 Memorial Cup, as well as many other local community festivals and food events.

Due to the emergence of COVID-19, GLEFRT has invested in fogging disinfection equipment that is designed to sanitize areas as small as a vehicle to any business, gathering space, or place of worship.
